How it works

The follow-up your shop never has time for.

Three campaigns run on your list. Plain messages about each customer's own quote or job, sent under your shop's name.

Every open quote gets followed up.

Every open quote from the last 6 months gets a check-in on day 2, 7 and 30. One question each time, never a sales pitch.

  • Stops as soon as they reply.
  • Sent 11 to 6, Monday to Saturday.
  • Quotes of C$2,000 or more get one more, by email.
Quote schedule Example
Day 2 · text "Did our quote reach you OK?"

Seasonal reminders for your trade.

Before each busy season, past customers hear from you, with your booking link: furnace tune-ups, pest sealing, gutter clean-outs, irrigation blow-outs, tree pruning, snow-contract renewals.

  • Your trade's messages are written at setup.
  • Renewals only renew on a YES.
  • By text only with written consent. Everyone else by email.

A check-in, then a review request.

After every job: "how's everything running?", then a Google review link the next day.

  • Nothing is offered in return for a review.
  • A complaint goes straight to you, not the AI.
  • Good reviews get a short thank-you reply under your shop's name.

Why it's safe to run on your list.

  • Consent Offers go by text only to customers who've said yes in writing. Everyone else gets plain check-ins about their own quote or job, and offers by email.
  • Stop Anyone who asks to stop, in any words, gets one confirmation and no more follow-ups. A message they send later still gets an answer, such as safety advice.
  • AI The AI assistant never pretends to be you or your staff, never quotes a price you haven't approved and never confirms a time. If a customer asks whether it's a person, it says it's your AI assistant. We check the AI's conversations every weekday. Anything it can't answer goes straight to you (or whoever you choose at the shop), with the customer's name and number.
  • Safety A customer who mentions gas, smoke, a leak or no heat gets a safety reply within a couple of minutes, at any hour. You get an alert right away.

Bring a rough count of your open quotes. We'll tell you honestly whether it's worth running.

FAQ

Questions people ask.

Probably, if you have past customers to win back and room in your schedule for more jobs. It works the same for a one-person shop as for a big one. Your customer records need a phone or email and a last job date (Jobber, Housecall Pro, QuickBooks or a spreadsheet all work). It's too early if you have fewer than about 100 customers from the last 2 years, and it adds less if someone already follows up every quote and past customer for you. Have an office team? Hand-offs and booking requests can go to them.

Owner-run home-service shops with repeat customers: HVAC, plumbing, pest control, lawn and snow, gutters, irrigation, tree care and similar. The quote follow-ups and check-ins work the same for every trade, and your seasonal reminders are written for your trade at setup.

The AI handles the simple ones. Anything else is sent to you right away, and you reply from the free LeadConnector app or call them back.

Each customer gets at most 3 messages per campaign (4 on a quote of C$2,000 or more), a few days apart, about their own quote or job, under your shop's name. Most campaigns stop as soon as the customer replies. Opt-outs are counted every week; a campaign with more than 2% is paused.

Only if they ask. Texts and replies come from your shop's name. If a customer asks whether they're talking to a person, it says plainly that it's your AI assistant and offers to pass them to you. It never pretends to be you or anyone on your team.

It only answers from the prices and facts you approve, and anything else goes straight to you. We check its conversations every weekday and fix its answers, and you have the final say on every booking.

Yes, the parts the system needs: name, phone or email, last job date, open quotes. It's used only for your shop, never sold, and deleted within 30 days if you leave.

If it's a fit, you sign up with a card on file. Nothing is charged until your 3rd booked job. Email messages start within a week. Texts start once your shop's own number is approved, usually within a few days; until then, everything goes by email.

One you confirmed: an online booking you didn't turn down, a requested time you confirmed, or a job from a customer the system invited in the last 60 days. You can strike any that didn't happen, or that was booked before we first contacted the customer.
